Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT and digital services domain.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimations.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients.
- Meet project-based sales targets and report progress to the management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BDE or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
- Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
