Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT and digital services domain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimations.
  • Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients.
  • Meet project-based sales targets and report progress to the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BDE or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
